Mr. Toby Yip got injured in his spinal cord in an accident in 2003. Toby became quadriplegic after the accident. He joined IAHD in 2010 and was elected as one of the directors in 2011. Toby is a registered social worker and obtained a Master Degree in Social Policy and Social Development from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He now works as a social worker in a non-profit organization. He hopes to serve as an ally to provide services to those who are severely physically disabled.
